At Kulani Kinis, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene stickers have not been removed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
